It’s the competition where future stars are made...
Demonstrate creativity and skill in this confidence-boosting competition that promises to project your profile into the spotlight. Wella Professional’s TrendVision Award, open to qualified hairdressers/colourists based in the UK and Ireland, searches for the next rising star in six categories: Colour Artist, Colour Specialist, Craft Artist, Editorial Look, Style Master and Men’s Hair.
You must be over 18 to enter and submission couldn’t be simpler:
1. Choose your category
(you can enter as many as you like and submit multiple entries, as long as the creations clearly differ)
2. Select a look created in the last 12 months
3. Post the before and after on Instagram
(the profile must be public) with the relevant hashtag
There are three competition stages, the initial photographic submission via Instagram, followed by regional heats and then the live final.
Gold winners receive the coveted TrendVision trophy and two all-expenses-paid photoshoots of their winning looks and the TrendVision collection, which will then be featured in trade press. Gold winners in the Colour Artist, Colour Specialist and Craft Artist categories will also win an all-expenses paid trip to Europe for the Wella Professionals International Creative Retreat - a once-in-a-life-time mentoring opportunity with global hair icons.
Silver and Bronze winners will receive a tailored Wella Education development programme, coveted trophy and invitation to attend inspirational events throughout the year.
